The cabin was stunning, beautifully decorated to perfection. The location was perfect, with amazing ocean and mountain views. It was easily accessible and had everything needed for a lovely night away. Perfect spot for beautiful walks and close enough to walk for dinner/drinks nearby. The cabin was fully equipped with a new kitchen and all modern conveniences. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.
I couldn't find any negative aspects to mention.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of this delightful little lodge. The attention to detail in its design and furnishings was exquisite, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible, making it perfect for senior people like myself to navigate without any issues. It was a comforting and comforting place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff. As a senior woman, sometimes I needed a helping hand with my luggage or directions, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to assist.

The Ocean Lodge was absolutely gorgeous, with tasteful decor and a cozy atmosphere. The veranda offered beautiful views of the scenery and the sound of the ocean was peaceful. It was a great location for exploring other attractions and nearby sandy beaches. The cabin had everything needed and the host, Meave, provided thoughtful treats and excellent hospitality.
Nothing, all excellent.

The apartment at The Ocean Lodge was absolutely stunning! The separate bedroom provided us with privacy and a good night's sleep, while the living room was cozy and perfect for family time. The fully equipped kitchenette was great for preparing meals. And the sea view was breathtaking! We felt like we were in paradise.
Personally, I actually found the dishwasher in the apartment a bit unnecessary for our stay.

Hiking and cycling made me sweat like a pig, but at least they provided towels in the apartment. Who needs clean towels anyway? Cons: Ugh, who wants to be fresh and clean when staying at a hotel? So unnecessary.

I recently stayed at The Ocean Lodge for a weekend wedding in Gweedore. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the coast and mountains. The lodge was warm, cosy, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift to the wedding. A lovely touch was the welcome basket of scones, jam, butter, and wine. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to returning in the future.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The cozy furnishings and beautiful coastal views made me feel right at home. And what impressed me the most was how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff ensured that everything was easily reachable and comfortable for us older guests.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the younger staff members. As a senior woman, sometimes I could have used a helping hand to make my vacation even better.
